Local Table of the year celebrating Ontario strawberries and our native and highly underrated superfruit the Haskap berry (AKA Honeyberry).

If you have ever found yourself standing at a farmers market wondering what creations you could make with the glut of seasonal fruit in front of you this is the class for you. The Local Table is a series of dessert demonstrations designed to celebrate what's in season right now from producers and growers in Oxford County, Elgin County, and Norfolk County.

Our small group sessions with seasonally inspired recipes feature local and sustainable ingredients. This is more than just a cooking demonstration - this is a sweet seasonal social club. Enjoy sampling, learning, sweet treats and laughter, and leave with new recipes to make for your family and friends.
