If you have ever found yourself standing at a farmers market wondering what creations you could make with the glut of seasonal fruit in front of you this is the class for you. The Local Table is a series of dessert demonstrations designed to celebrate what's in season right now from producers and growers in Oxford County, Elgin County, and Norfolk County.
Our small group sessions with seasonally inspired recipes feature local and sustainable ingredients. This is more than just a cooking demonstration - this is a sweet seasonal social club.
