Cool off from the August heat on a tour of Oxford County's finest cheese makers and dairy delights with a Big Cheese Day!
Join Polly & Sarah from GoodPud in a decadent small class, hour long decadent dessert demonstration. We'll be showing you how to make two deeply indulgent desserts featuring local ingredients: Eton Mess featuring freshly harvested local strawberries, and a Millionaire's Cheesecake using Crowdie (Golspie dairy) and GoodPud's legendary Salted Caramel Sauce. Participants will enjoy a serving of Eton Mess in the session and get to take a slice of cheesecake home with them too, plus a recipe booklet, a flight of GoodPud samples, and a 10% discount in our store.
Sessions are $20+HST - book through our website today. Sessions are limited to six people due to space restrictions.
